Job Description
The Manager ICT Digitalization Implements innovative ICT solutions in support of the Agency’s Investment Promotion and Facilitation mandate.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Advises Senior Management on the latest innovation technologies that will benefit ZIDA.
- Identifies and crafts innovative solutions from the initiation phase until implementation.
- Implements and supports the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Monitors and maintains the Agency’s ICT system.
- Optimizes ZIDA’s online platforms for maximum productivity including the Website, Facebook, Twitter, and Linked-In pages.
- Champions innovative ICT solutions to eliminate manual processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Computer Science or ICT related field.
- At least 4 years relevant professional experience.
- Experience in ERP, Analytics, Big Data, AI/ML, and ICT Visualisation skills.
- Experience in Website development and excellent programming/systems development skills.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
