Wanted is a Maintenance & Projects Engineer to join an organisation in the Agro Processing sector in Harare . Candidates invited to apply.
Job Description:
- Proposing and designing all capital projects according to the organization’s production and safety requirements in liaison with the Manufacturing Executive.
- Planning and ensuring that annual and scheduled maintenance is done.
- Ensuring that machinery conforms to statutory requirements by ensuring annual inspections of pressure vessels e.g., boilers and ammonia storage vessels.
- Ensures that all capital and critical spares are always available by closely liaising with stores.
- Ensuring that all weighing equipment is assized yearly e.g. rail and road weighbridges.
- Carrying out any other maintenance works as required by the organization from time to time.
- Complying with ISO (EMS, QMS, OSHAS) management systems in the discharge of duties.
