NMB bank is looking for loans officer in the Microfinance Department
Duties and Responsibilities
- Marketing
- Customer training
- Credit application assessment and approval
- Loan portfolio monitoring and reporting
- Recovery & litigation
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Microfinance or Credit Management acceptable,
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Banking, Risk, Economics is an added advantage
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within a reputable & responsible microfinance institution.
- Prior experience in managing unsecured diverse loan portfolio including Group. MSME and Civil servant loans.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office,
- Knowledge of loan security documentation.
- Team player,
- Holder of class 4 driver's licence,
- Resourceful.
