Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs house cleaning in the laboratory.
- Collects samples from the manufacturing plant for analysis.
- Maintains laboratory glassware in an acceptable state.
- Performs laboratory tests.
- Prepares samples for analysis.
- Daily recording of samples obtained from the manufacturing plant.
- Performs inspections for hygiene.
- Adheres to safety, health environment, and quality systems.
- Any other duties as may be required from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Diploma in Food Processing/Food Science or any other related qualification.
- Software: Excel/Word
- Knowledge of Dairy/Food/Manufacturing Background.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- Personality: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- FMCG Manufacturing.
- Fast-paced culture.
