Job Specification
- Minimum of Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognised institution
- At least one-year experience working in the government.
- A clean criminal record
Qualifications
- Recruitment and selection of health staff.
- Prepare pay sheet acquittals for health staff on monthly basis.
- Handling council clinic health staff labour issues and disciplinary procedures.
- Health staff leave days' management.
- Training and development of health staff.
- Health staff welfare in council clinics.
