Job Summary
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the job is based in Harare and responsible for the following:
Duties And Responsibilities
- Periodic review of manpower resources to ensure an optimum headcount is maintained.
- Coordinating recruitment and selection and overseeing on boarding for new recruits.
- Preparation of accurate payroll input and ensuring its timely processing.
- Managing staff records by ensuring every employee file contains all relevant documents.
- Recommends relevant human resources policies for the business and performs periodical reviews of the same.
- Work with line function in Identifying training gaps and organizes and implements training.
- Produce weekly and monthly operations reports.
- Provides correct guidance on the application of the code of conduct and any other provisions of the Transport CBA/Labour Act.
- Must be capable of running the SHEQ function to ensure the company adheres to the relevant Safety and Environment Management laws, Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
Qualifications And Experience
- Degree/HND Diploma in Human Resources Management or any relevant social science degree.
- At least 5 years’ proven and relevant experience.
- Must possess an IPMZ Diploma.
- A training Qualification will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SHE systems an added advantage.
