- Support internal and external recruitment, draw up adverts, do initial shortlist, carryout interviews and do reference checks prior to appointment all employees.
- Manage the Industrial Relations climate in the organisation.
- Assist departments in policy formulation.
- Payroll Administration.
- General Administration duties.
Qualifications And Experience
- A Degree in Human Resources Management from a reputable institute.
- Knowledge of Belina payroll system is a pre requisite.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Minimum age for applicants is 30years.
