Summary
Job Purpose The job holder will be charged with the responsibility of all routine human resource activities including recruitment and selection, salary processing and employees' welfare.
Reporting to: Deputy Director
- Head Office, Harare Job
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assisting in recruitment and selection processes.
- Secretariat to boards of inquiry, and disciplinary hearing meetings
- Organizing training programs for employees.
- Implementing health and safety programs.
- Processing appointments, terminations and other related issues.
- Capturing employee details into the HR System.
- Attending to employee queries and grievances.
- Processing of all types of leave.
Qualifications and attributes
- A least degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least one-year post qualification experience.
- Knowledge of labour legislation.
- Proficiency in Human Resource Management Information Systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Computer literacy.
