Duties And Responsibilities
- Managing Human Resource Operations by ensuring effective maintenance of all employee records and effective management of all HR processes.
- Taking Minutes and Producing Matters Arising/ Actions Taken Reports for Employee meetings.
- Ensuring effective implementation of the Authority’s Employment Code of Conduct.
- Drafting developing and reviewing Human Resource and Administration Policies and Procedures.
- Processing all issues pertaining to Training and Development and ensuring that all Departments / Sections / Units develop training plans for employees each year.
- Implementing and managing employee wellness programs.
- Setting proper filling systems
- Performing all Human Resources and Admin duties as delegated
- Knowledgeable in Accounting
- Cost management and ensuring company profitability are a must
- Ability to effectively manage company creditors and debtors
Qualifications And Experience
- A degree in Human Resource Management Or Equivalent
- 2 years or more working experience
