Job Summary

A fast-growing IT company is looking for an HR and Admin Personnel for their Bulawayo Branch. The person should be a self-starter able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. The person must have a good people skill and be able to generate sales

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Managing Human Resource Operations by ensuring effective maintenance of all employee records and effective management of all HR processes.
  • Taking Minutes and Producing Matters Arising/ Actions Taken Reports for Employee meetings.
  • Ensuring effective implementation of the Authority’s Employment Code of Conduct.
  • Drafting developing and reviewing Human Resource and Administration Policies and Procedures.
  • Processing all issues pertaining to Training and Development and ensuring that all Departments / Sections / Units develop training plans for employees each year.
  • Implementing and managing employee wellness programs.
  • Setting proper filling systems
  • Performing all Human Resources and Admin duties as delegated
  • Knowledgeable in Accounting
  • Cost management and ensuring company profitability are a must
  • Ability to effectively manage company creditors and debtors

Qualifications And Experience

  • A degree in Human Resource Management Or Equivalent
  • 2 years or more working experience
