POST: Human Capital Planning and Skills Development Officer (D2/D3) in the Hotel and Catering industry.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct apprentice inspections and terminations
- Conduct skilled worker and apprentice trade tests
- Carrying out of training and trade testing facility appraisals
Educational Qualifications And Experience
- Must be a holder of a National Certificate in Professional Cookery
- Skilled worker Class 1
- Must be apprenticeship trained
- Relevant higher qualification will be an added advantage
- A clean Class 4 driver's licence
- Must have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in the hotel industry.
Key Competencies
- Mature, highly disciplined and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Innovative with good interpersonal and analytical skills.
