Job Summary
Tsholotsho Rural District Council is looking for qualified candidates to fill the positon above.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with processing of the payroll
- Attend to Human Resource-related inquiries and requests
- Create digital and electronic records
- Assist with the recruitment process
- Assist with performance management procedures
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas
- Complete staff termination paperwork
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activities
- Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
Qualification And Experience
- A degree from a recognized University in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in related work
- 5'0' Level passes, including Mathematics and English
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Administrative expect
- Exposure to Labour law and employment equity regulation
- Full 'understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Able to identify and align with the council's core values, transparency, accountability, respect, honesty, integrity, and teamwork
