Field Managers (Masvingo, Kwekwe & Bulawayo) -Life Assurance Reporting to the Branch Manager the Field Manager will be responsible for managing team productivity in line with company set targets:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Team Administration
- Recruiting. training and motivating Life Agents
- Monitoring the team performances and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compiling and analysing team sales figures.
- Advise on market information such as changing customer needs queries etc
- Quality control of New Business
Qualifications and Experience
- Business Related Degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience (at least two years) in a related field-banking/insurance marketing.
- Good record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong managerial and Selling skills
- Be able to demonstrate self-confidence, maturity and ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision.
- Be able to demonstrate a keen ability to inter-relate at all levels with people of diverse backgrounds and have a service-oriented disposition.
- Good communication skill (both orally and written)
- Should be aggressive, effective communicator, team player. sociable. versatile, resourceful, hardworking and self-initiative.
- Good presentation skills.
