Job Description:
Wanted is a Field Extension Officer to join an organisation in the Agriculture sector in Harare . Candidates invited to apply.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Implementation of grower registration and deregistration process.
- Provision of extension services to registered growers.
- Ensuring that good agronomic practices are undertaken at each stage of the production cycle.
- Supervision of the inputs distribution program.
- Monitoring and reporting of agronomy yields forecast, product quality and utilisation of costs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years tobacco production experience is a must.
- Below the age of 40.
