DEPARTMENT : TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE
REPORTING TO : TOWN CLERK
Duties And Responsibilities
- Carrying out surveys, research and consultations in order to write a local economic development strategy;
- Creating an action plan in order to implement the economic development strategy and monitoring its progress;
- Seeking opportunities for external funding and making bids;
- Managing economic development projects and regeneration schemes;
- Working closely in partnership with other organizations
Qualifications And Experience
A successful candidate should have the following qualifications and experience
- Bachelor of Commerce in Economics or Business Management
- Master's degree is an added advantage
- At least 3 years working experience
- No criminal record
