The position exists to provide transport and other logistical support to the Managing Director's office, as well as to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Transporting the Managing Director.
- Ensuring that all vehicles assigned to the Managing Director are serviced, cleaned and fuelled.
- Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
- Delivering packages to Board Members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Collection and delivery of documents and materials, banking.
- Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
- Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
- Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient fuel and are always ready for use.
- Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
- Updating monthly mileage records.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 "0" Levels.
- Driver's licence
- At least five years of driving experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal communication.
- Proficiency using GPS devices.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
