Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop strong designs in line with the MSU Enterprises brand’s DNA with a good sell-through
- Seasonal concept creation
- Draw, sketch and develop ideas
- CAD sketches
- Create technical packs
- Liaise with Production on fit, design, construction and timelines
- Liaise with Sales on market feedback and sell-through
- Assist with sample tracking
- Ensure key dates are met on the critical path
Qualifications And Experience
- At least a Certificate in Fashion Design/Cutting and Design
- At least 1 year as a Fashion Designer
- Ability to interpret trends and design products that has commercial value
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively both written (electronic) and verbally while ensuring sensitivity to information
- A strong passion for success and goal orientated
- Passionate about the fashion industry
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines
