NMB Bank is looking for Business Development Officer in the Microfinance Department
Duties and Responsibilities
- Market research and reporting.
- Negotiation for merchant partnerships.
- Craft and communicate value propositions,
- Customer engagement and reporting.
- Canvas for business alliances and synergistic opportunities,
- Agent network management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business Management acceptable.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within a reputable microfinance or n business/SME banking,
- Experience with SSB Business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint.
- Team player.
- Holder of class 4 driver's licence.
- Strong networking abilities.
