The role is responsible for ensuring that every customer is attended to and feels welcome, supports the client through the initial administration processes and ensures all documentation and administration is complete.

- Administration of policies, cancellations, amendments etc.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
- Fully multiskilled across products and services.
- Provides effective advice to customers and sales.

- National Certificate (Required)
- Branch Management, Cancellations, Customer Satisfaction, Documentations, Funeral Services, Office Administration, Querying, Sales
