Job Summary

Handles all administrative duties at the Production Centre.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Compiles, maintains and updates administration records at the Production Centre.
  • Sets up appointments, schedules meetings, distributes reports and manages the correspondence between the office and external bodies.
  • Coordinates all administrative issues.
  • Distributes employee benefits such as staff hampers.
  • Sorts and files manual documents/correspondence both manual and electronic.
  • Assembles materials for mailing.
  • Types letters, reports and other documents.
  • Handles cash transactions including petty cash and canteen floats.
  • Accounts for stocks and other resources.
  • Assists in the managing employee welfare for the Production Centre.
  • Participates in planning activities for the Production Centre.
  • Manages the front office.
  • Assists in the procurement of security items, stationery, teas and toiletries
  • Issues security items to shops nationwide
  • Liaising with transporters to ensure smooth delivery of order items to shops nationwide
  • Issues stationery, tea items and toiletries to employees.
  • Performs any other work-related duties as assigned by the Superior.

Qualifications And Experience

  • 5 ‘O’ level subjects including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts.
  • A Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1-year relevant working experience.
