Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting in preparation of Bank and Other Reconciliations
- Receipting and Payments Initiation
- Attending to Students, staff and other queries
- Initiating transactions into the Accounting system
- Assisting in the accurate billing of students’ accounts
- Assisting in the costing and analysis of various University activities
- Any other duties as assigned by the Bursar, Deputy Bursar, Accountant or Assistant Accountant
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Accounting from a reputable University
- Practical knowledge of Pastel Evolution Accounting System
- At least 1 year experience in an accounting environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
