India Beats Zimbabwe by 10 Wickets in First ODI
India beat Zimbabwe by 10 wickets in the first One Day International cricket match in Harare today. Resultantly, India leads 1-0 in the three-match ODI series.
Zimbabwe bat first and got 189 runs in 40 overs.
Zimbabwe Cricket has struggled in recent years but saw a but recently has been on the rise. Zim recently defeated Bangladesh in both the ODI and T20I series and also won the regional T20 Qualifiers to qualify for the T20 World Cup.
According to reports, the Indian team rested most of its experienced players due to workload management and is having its younger players play in the series.
Zimbabwe is being captained by Regis Chakabva.
