"Abducted" ZANU PF Chairman Still Missing

Police are searching for the ZANU PF youth chairman for Bumba District in Chimanimani, Nicholas Madzianike, who allegedly went missing on 19 June.

Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) national police spokesperson, Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi confirmed the case to The Herald. He said:

We are investigating the case in which Nicholas Madzianike allegedly disappeared from Bumba Business Centre on June 19.

Police are on the ground gathering facts on what happened on that day. We will give a detailed statement when we gather all the facts.

Madziyanike, a ZANU PF Youth League chairman for Ward 6 Chayamiti, was reportedly dragged out of Chisedze Bar at Bumba Business Centre over an undisclosed issue and has not been seen since then.

Three suspects, Chengetanai Musudu, Hakata Musudu and Aaron Chizemo, are assisting police with investigations.

One of the suspects is alleged to have been found in possession of Madzianike’s Itel A52 cellphone.

The zanu pf machine cannot provide total security to all it members kungoti vanhu vemuZimbabwe havana mweya wehumhondi zvavo. It was possible to track down all its Activists and make them dissapear as well, bcoz zanu its a party with very few people despite kuti they take advantage of the state machinery in their dirty ways of running the country. The gorilla tactics can be employed against zanu pf Activists as well if the people organise themselves properly bcoz they are the majority. Zanu only enjoys support of ZEC, the Police, Millitary and the Judiciary but not in the masses.

Youths in politics nowadays abuse their powers and in the end citizens retaliate and it becomes a mess.

All we need is peace and love
youths in politics should be talk that being in a political party is not a passport to intimidate citizens...

I am happy with the way Manicaland Police are handling their investigations. So far they have not politicised their investigations because once they do that political hooligans come in with reprisal actions which will interfere with their main investigations like what happened in Nyatsime. It is good that they have a lead in their investigations, that of a cellphone. The suspect must answer as to how got hold of the missing person's cellphone ?

BATAI VANHU MAPURISA, BATAI.

NGAAPINDE HAKE CHAMISA [NHC].

[VOTE CCC FOR REAL CHANGE].

why not just report the missing person in their personal capacity instead of tagging their political party position?
i can see this case being politicised very soon.

Staged and fake abduction. Zanu at its best is now pretending that one of their own was abducted and that the abductors were arrested without politicizing the issue. And that the abductors are CCC activists. Typically choreographed by Jonathan Moyo the self-exiled political ****.
